Another stellar speaker! The Benjamin Franklin Chapter is thrilled to announce that South Jersey Chapter board member John White. John will dissect the rules associated with AFCI & GFCI protection in the 2020 NEC. Pennsylvania adopted new codes on January 1, 2026. This comprehensive training will investigate some of the most significant pitfalls and changes to these protection schemes. The use of these safety technologies, especially GFCI protection, has been massively expanded in the new code. This is your chance to learn how to install and inspect these installations. It is not to be missed!

With nearly 40 years of experience, John has a lifetime of electrical experience. He currently serves as an electrical inspector for Lawrence Township, New Jersey. He's a former installing electrician, a seasoned electrical inspector, and a highly respected electrical instructor. John also served in the United States Navy for 10 years. From his time in high school through his current career, he's been in the industry for many years and has much to offer our chapter. Our sponsor, Cooper, will provide an industry update. All registered attendees will receive a CEU certificate via email.
